Hands-on Training
Our training programs focus on practical, hands-on experience. This approach prepares nurses for real-world scenarios they may encounter while caring for the elderly, making them more confident and capable caregivers.
Students practice daily bed-making, pressure sore prevention through regular 2-hour patient turning, safe wheelchair transfers using gait belts, and operating hydraulic patient lifts.
Practical Simulations
Our training center is one of the few that incorporates practical simulations to replicate real-life scenarios. This prepares nurses to handle emergencies, challenging situations, and unexpected events effectively.
In our simulated hospital ward, trainees practice on life-sized medical mannequins to develop rapid reflexes for CPR, managing choking emergencies, stroke symptoms (FAST), and sudden medical fluctuations.

Course Eligibility Criteria
We welcome compassionate individuals with a genuine commitment to eldercare. Prior nursing background is helpful but not mandatory.
